Project Overview

Due to the aging of the current main system, it has become difficult to add new features.
Considering the current situation, it was deemed necessary to speed up the upgrade of the customer management and core systems. The first phase of the project was to eliminate double data entries and automate processes in each system.

In this project, we provided support in the definition of requirements and tracked progress in the introduction of new processing methods in the core system.
