We strongly encourage people to gargle, wash their hands, and disinfect with alcohol-based sanitizers; to wear masks during business hours; and to avoid nonessential and non-urgent outside activities such as both professional and private lunches, drinking parties, and dinners in settings with four (4) or more people.

During meetings and recruitment interviews, we advocate for seated positions in a diagonal arrangement rather than face-to-face. In office spaces, we strive to maintain vacant seats in front, ensuring optimal distancing from adjacent colleagues.

Comprehensive Health Management, Including Pre-Office Attendance Temperature Checks

In cases of even mild cold symptoms (especially a temperature of 37.0°C or higher or respiratory symptoms like difficulty breathing or severe fatigue unrelated to fever), employees are instructed to stay home.

Our Recruitment Measures

We have suspended company information sessions and conducted recruitment personnel interviews for both new graduates and mid-career recruitment via online meeting tools.

Our Remote Work (Telecommuting) Arrangements

As a general rule, all employees will work from home, and those who have to report to the office or visit some clients at their request will do so after taking infection prevention measures.
