We have initiated sessions where team members share information about their respective projects.

While team members working together understand each other’s roles, those outside the team often do not know what kind of projects others are involved in. That is why we hold these project presentation sessions — to share a variety of projects and broaden everyone’s knowledge.

This initiative is also something the managers themselves conceived and are actively carrying out.
