IT/DX Consultant

Probation Period: six (6) months
(During this period, there will be no changes to salary, benefits, or other employment conditions.)
Job Description: You will work as a consultant for our DX consulting projects.

You will be involved in the formulation of IT strategies, development and proposal of improvement initiatives, planning of system implementations, and definition of system development requirements.

One of the attractive points of this position is that you will be involved in all facets of the work in order to "lead the project to success".

・Project management of IT strategy formulation, IT cost reduction, IT system procurement, PMO, etc.
・Process/IT consulting related to business transformation, business analysis, business design, and other processes
・Various project management activities, including large-scale core system renewal, and SE

You will execute projects across diverse realms, encompassing both business and IT, and be provided the chance to engage with a wide spectrum of projects.

Job Description: As a consultant, you will be actively involved in diverse consulting tasks and project management for clientele across various industries and domains.

< Duties and Responsibilities >
Formulation of IT strategies, grand design formulation for new systems, cloud optimization, RPA support, security support, and so on.

・IT Strategy: Formulating IT strategies, developing mid-to-long-term IT roadmaps, assisting in building IT governance, and devising grand designs for new systems
・Project Management: PMO, PMO support, and vendor selection support
