Today's internal study session was all about training.

To kick things off, the new hires from this month gave a little introduction. Then, we dove into a mix of individual and team assignments, trying to make it more engaging, almost like a game. The goal was to keep the training session enjoyable!

We need to make a place where everyone, whether they are experienced or new, can learn and develop.

By the way, participation was voluntary.
