Welcome to our 450-square-meter headquarters in Nishi-Shinjuku, where we house approximately 150 professionals from our group.

Our decision to occupy an entire floor reflects our strategic perspective: even if individuals may not recognize each other's faces, the shared space fosters a corporate identity and enhances communication among group members.

Moreover, our headquarters introduces a distinctive feature – a welcoming robot dedicated to visitor guidance. This fully autonomous system utilizes AI-powered image recognition to navigate visitors seamlessly from the entrance to meeting spaces. Notably, the development of this innovative robot was conceptualized and orchestrated by our company, with Style-Free, a subsidiary within our group, leading the way.

Annually, we host approximately 2,000 visitors, including sessions for recruitment explanations across our group companies. Traditionally consuming about 10% of our total labor hours (approximately 230 hours), this process is now streamlined with the robot handling 80% of these interactions, anticipated to reduce operational time by an estimated 184 hours.
